Forager White

The grapes are hand-picked to ensure only the best quality grapes with the most delicate aroma expressions make it into the wine. A dash of oak and lees contact (25% of the Chenin Blanc in 2nd to 3rd fill barrels) creates added complexity and depth.

Expect notes of apricot, peach and orange along with quince, a hint of litchi and cardamon. Underscored by a refreshing lime acidity, a medium to full body and a lengthy dry finish make this wine a fantastic value accessible choice for any consumer.
