Lautus Sparkling Rosé

This lively, alcohol-free sparkling wine features a bouquet of strawberries, raspberries and delicate floral undertones. Its effervescent bubbles create a playful sensation on the palate, with a touch of sweetness and an elegant finish.

Winemaker Reg Holder has worked in France, Australia, and the USA before returning to South Africa. After spending 11 years with Neil Ellis and Delheim, he started experimenting with de-alcoholised wine when his wife was pregnant. In 2017, he decided to focus on the Lautus de-alcoholised project full-time. Using advanced machinery, he extracts the alcohol while preserving the wine's vibrant flavors and aromas, delivering a genuine wine experience you can enjoy any time.
