The Grape harvest is done manually. After racking, it remains for 24 months in French barriques & then bootleg without filtration.

It’s Colour is dark ruby red, bright and consistent. The nose is Intense and wide, reminiscent of ripe black cherry, geranium, chocolate, vanilla, toasted, undergrowth and leather: all pleasant and elegant scents.

In the mouth it gives the best of itself, it is dry, soft, fresh, with a very pleasant tannin and the right flavor. It is a persistent wine, with a fruity and toasty finish.
