Robola Co-op, 'San Gerasimo' Robola of Cephalonia

Incredibly subtle, seductive aromas of mock orange blossom, and white nectarines. Smells fresh and restrained but enticing! Wild Thyme and oregano inflect themselves on an intense, yet complex palate of bone dry peach, apricot and blanched almonds. This is highly concentrated with a long finish. Perfect with grilled white fish or salmon. Hugely impressive with its crisp dry finish.
