Stellenbosch Vineyards Shiraz 2019

Whole-bunches are handpicked for this Shiraz, before being crushed and fermented in stainless steel. The wine is then moved to French oak for 18 months, to ensure the complexity and balance of the final wine.

There’s a bouquet of plum, red berries and white pepper, which follow on to the palate with dark fruit and spices. There’s integrated tannins and a good, soft finish.
