Villard Tanagra Syrah

This could easily be a top Hermitage, icon of the Rhône valley. It has an inky-dark colour, and massively complex and concentrated aromas of succulent, brambly fruit intertwined with rare beef, fragrant wood and leather. On the palate it is succulent, velvety, rich and satisfying, with fine freshness and balance, and extraordinary length.
