Weingut Ernst Bretz Kerner Spätlese QMP 2023

Hints of orange peel, apricot and pineapple are balanced by a lingering minerality. An exciting wine by any standards.

The term 'spätlese' means late harvesting, the extra time on the vine being the reason for higher sugar concentrations prior to fermentation.

An ideal wine to drink on its own or pair with pork, Asian/fusion vegetable dishes and even rare venison.
